Hemsley collaborated with Yes\u2019s Jon Anderson on a funk-rock opera about the \u2018spiritual qualities of the number 7\u2019 (never produced). Hemsley also did an interpretive dance to\u00a0the Gentle Giant song \u2018Proclamation\u2019 on\u00a0Dinah Shore\u2019s 70s talkshow, that was apparently somewhat confusing for her.<\/p>\n

But the best story, I mean the best story of all time, is the one told by Gong\u2019s Daevid Allen about his encounter with the beloved 70\u2019s sitcom star.\u00a0Here is Allen\u2019s verbatim tale as related to\u00a0Mitch Myers (and originally published in Magnet magazine):”<\/p>\n
